Starting and maintaining communication

How do I request a consultation?

Visit the Consultation Request page and complete the form. Provide your contact information, preferred contact method, requested service, and a brief description of what you need.

Does submitting the form schedule an appointment?

No. Submitting the form does not schedule or guarantee an appointment. GOS will review your information and contact you to discuss your request, availability, and possible next steps.

Communication may take place through telephone, email, online meetings, secure client systems, and other agreed-upon digital tools. The communication method depends on the service and the type of information being exchanged.

Pricing, Agreements & Payments

Understanding service costs and terms

How much do GOS services cost?

Pricing varies by service, scope, complexity, timeframe, customization, and whether the service is project-based or ongoing. Some service pages display starting prices or packages. Other services require a customized quote.

Visit the Rates page for additional information.

Do I need to sign a service agreement?

Many projects and ongoing services require a signed agreement, accepted proposal, or written scope of work before service begins. The document explains the services, price, payment expectations, responsibilities, and applicable terms.

Do all services require a long-term commitment?

No. Commitment periods vary by service. Some projects are one-time engagements, while certain managed or recurring services may require an initial term, monthly commitment, or advance notice to cancel.

The applicable term will be disclosed before you agree to the service.

Which payment methods does GOS accept?

Available payment methods may include Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, credit card, and debit card. Payment instructions and any applicable processing terms are provided on the Make a Payment page or your invoice.

Are third-party expenses included in GOS pricing?

Not unless expressly stated. Government filing fees, domains, hosting providers, professional email subscriptions, software, advertising, printing, shipping, taxes, travel, and other third-party expenses may be billed separately or paid directly to the provider.

Projects & Managed Services

What to expect after choosing a service

When does work begin?

Work begins after GOS accepts the project and receives all required agreements, payments, information, content, documents, access, and authorization. A consultation or quote by itself does not authorize work to begin.

How long will my project take?

Timeframes vary by project size, complexity, workload, client responsiveness, and whether all required materials are ready. Any estimate is based on the approved scope and may change if the work or requirements change.

Are revisions included?

Revision allowances vary by service and agreement. Your proposal or service description will explain what revisions are included. Additional revisions, new requests, or changes outside the approved scope may require an additional fee.

Does GOS directly own or operate website servers?

GOS coordinates website hosting and managed website care through established third-party hosting providers. We may assist with setup, account coordination, maintenance, monitoring, security, backups, updates, and technical support according to the selected service.

Who may have access to my business information?

Access should be limited to individuals or service providers who need the information to perform an approved service. Depending on the project, this may include authorized GOS personnel, independent professionals, software platforms, or third-party providers.

Clients should not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the general consultation form.

Does GOS provide legal, tax, or financial advice?

No. GOS provides administrative assistance, business support, general information, and service coordination. We do not act as an attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial adviser, or government agency.

Legal, tax, accounting, financial, and regulatory questions should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.
