Ownership of a website developed by Global Office Services transfers according to the terms of your website development agreement after all applicable project fees have been paid. Third-party software, themes, plugins, fonts, images, and licenses remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

In many cases, yes. The website must first pass a technical, security, compatibility, and licensing assessment. Repairs, cleanup, updates, migration, or redevelopment may be required before managed care begins.

The service term, billing schedule, renewal requirements, and cancellation conditions will be stated in your Managed Website Hosting & Care Agreement. Some plans or promotional rates may require a minimum service term.

Setup, migration, technical assessment, cleanup, and repair fees may apply depending on the condition and location of the website. Any required charges will be disclosed before work begins.

Minor content updates are included only where listed in the selected plan. Unused update time does not roll over. Major redesigns, new pages, custom development, copywriting, advanced features, and extensive changes are billed separately.

Minor updates generally include replacing supplied text, images, documents, contact information, hours, or similar content within an existing page layout. New page design, structural changes, custom coding, new functionality, and extensive formatting are not considered minor updates.

Business email is not automatically included in website care plans. Professional email services may be added separately based on the email platform, number of users, storage needs, migration requirements, and level of administration requested.

Premium software and third-party licenses are not automatically included unless specifically listed in your written agreement. Clients may be responsible for purchasing or renewing required themes, plugins, applications, email services, domains, and other third-party products.

No website provider can guarantee that a website will never experience hacking, malware, downtime, software conflicts, data loss, or other security incidents. Our services are designed to reduce risk through routine maintenance, monitoring, backups, updates, and security measures.

Cancellation, notice periods, outstanding balances, transfer assistance, account access, and any applicable early termination or migration charges are governed by your service agreement. Website files may be released or transferred after outstanding obligations have been satisfied.

We investigate eligible hosting-related issues and work to restore service according to the support level in your plan. Response time is not the same as resolution time, and restoration may depend on the nature of the issue and the availability of third-party providers.
